Tuesday's matches
Last night's matches kept the tussle at the top of the table interesting! On one sheet, Margaret's rink held on to an early lead to win over Mike's rink. On the other sheet, Bill's rink overturned an early lead by Richard's rink (skipped by Jim L), to end up the winning team

Plenty of fireworks this week!
Two very close matches tonight, both peeled going into the final end, and both won by only one shot. On sheet 5, Richard's rink just edged out Margaret's rink, while on sheet 6, Bill's rink took the single on the last to narrowly defeat David's rink. It's still very tight at the top of the league, so it's all to play for in the coming weeks

Points Competition
Eight members took part in our annual Points Competition tonight. Many us us missed the impact of sweepers, and occasionally found the ice challenging to read, Congratulations to President Mike, who produced the best score of the evening. Ronnie was a close second, with Jim Paxton just a couple of points behind that
