The first games in the Spring League were at 5.00 pm tonight and resulted in wins for David Wallace and Richard Morrison.
David's team survived a strong fightback from Dave Gilmour but held on to win by 6-5.
Richard's team had a good 14-2 victory over Bill Inglis.
